Job Responsibilities:  Complete setup and maintenance of MicroPrint 130 padprinter and cliches.  Training of all employees on printing and clicheburning techniques/concepts.  Full preparation of graphics for padprinting process.  Development and implementation of production equipment and techniques.
Development and implementation of mixing methods of padprinting inks/solvents/additives.  Educate self and coworkers on chemistry of inks and plastics, and how they interact.  Operation of forklifts as necessary.

Other training - Process Technician I: Hang Molds, complete set-up and breakdown; and full maintenance of 10 injection moulders, ranging from 65ton to 400ton, cylinder and toggle types.  Troubleshooting of plastics process and production efficiency.  Full setup and maintenance of all ancillary equipment (conveyors, shrink-wrappers, blister packers, taper and banders), 10 battery-operated forklifts, mold maintenance, some janitorial.  Also performed weekly inventory of plant raw materials and am familiar with company databases.   Operated a wide variety of forklifts in maintenance and warehouse situations aon a daily basis.
